I found some newsletters that I think help find information about MS.  They are from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society

 

Some of the files below with a red (.pdf)  are in PDF format (Portable Data File).  In order to view and print the form, you will need the Adobe Reader.  If you do not have the Adobe Reader, click here for a FREE copy.  How to save the PDF to your computer:  Right mouse click on the item you want and click on "Save Target As...".  Be sure you remember where you saved them.  My suggestion would be to make a directory in "My Documents" and call it "MS" and save all MS items there.
